The Onsite Site Assessment and Training (OSAT) allows candidates to showcase their knowledge, skills and experience for this level award. Resulting in you never having to leave site to attend one of our awards. These qualifications are for hands on skilled operatives who are competent in their chosen field but do not have the relevant competency NVQ. Knowledge and performance are the two parts the Construction NVQ Level 2 is based on. You will evidence your performance in these units in a variety of ways. This may include how you follow safety information or how you communicate problems with the rest of the site team. In order to satisfy performance for these units, you need to show how you follow health and safety briefings and how you would report problems on site. Evidence can be uploaded in a variety of formats. For example, documents, images, video footage and/or audio recordings. Level 2 awards have units specific to your job role so you will be able to easily evidence performance through what you do on a day-to-day basis. Examples could include collecting videos of you working with supporting documents such as risk assessment and drawings you follow whilst undertaking your work. Discussions with your assessor to showcase your knowledge can be through written questions or recorded conversations.
